Descrição da Função

ROLE: - Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations, including transportation, warehouse activities, and shipping, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and copackers. - Develop and manage the logistics and inventory budget to align with the company's financial objectives, actively monitor and control stock levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize maintenance costs. - Implement quality control measures for the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. - Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize transit times and costs. - Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of logistics and inventory operations. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles (Preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory). - Fluency in English. - Ability to create predictive models. - Analytical skills for interpreting stock data. - Experience in service level control. - Problem identification and resolution skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
