Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 6 years of experience in troubleshooting, log analysis, and application maintenance; - Solid experience with MongoDB / Cosmos DB and SQL databases; - Knowledge of Java, Node.js, Spring Boot; - Experience with Angular, NestJS; - Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for platform support inquiries; - Collect, investigate, and analyze logs and diagnostic information; - Resolve incidents within established SLAs and escalate when necessary; - Work closely with cross-functional and second-line support teams; - Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation and support materials; - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing support processes.
