Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a leading multinational group in its sector and in growing expansion, that is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F) to join its team located in Trofa. Responsibilities - Providing advice and handling postings, sourcing candidates, choosing the best channels to attract talent requirements; - Responsible for onboarding process; - Identify areas of improvement of the recruiting process; - Market mapping; - Building internal and external candidate pool; -  Responsible for managing professional internships; - Negotiations with head hunters and agencies; - Appearance at trade fairs and events; - Evaluation of MPA, assessment, etc; - Conducting exit interviews.      Requirements - Psychology or Human Resources Management degree; - Approximately 3 years professional experience in a similar role; - Posting and Sourcing platforms such as Linkedin Recruiter; - Negotiation and facilitation skills, resilience, self-confidence; - Knowledge in Microsoft Office; - English professional level (mandatory).
