Job description Our global Talent Marketing team is dedicated to authentically portray Infineon as an employer of choice and increase the company’s visibility among candidates. We design and implement compelling people-oriented Employer Branding campaigns on various channels aligned with the Infineon values. In your new role you will: - Be responsible for the strategy behind our global career website, review platforms, and employee referral platform - Research and analyze market trends, candidate behavior, competitors, and industry best practices to identify opportunities and challenges - Strategically enhance user experiences, implement SEO strategies, and leverage data-driven insights to steer impactful Talent Marketing activities - Develop and monitor the strategy for paid search campaigns to engage and attract our different candidate target groups - Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and providers to customize solutions that are aligned with recruitment and branding strategies - Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members in the execution of the defined strategies for the global career website, review platforms, and other platforms, as well as paid search campaigns - Manage budgets and coordinate with platform-relevant agencies Your Profile You are an experienced professional in marketing or employer branding with the ability to communicate effectively with our internal stakeholders and with our target audience. Your analytical skills help you to quickly uncover hidden correlations and see the big picture and your strategic mindset enable you to coordinate marketing efforts across different platforms and touchpoints. You are best equipped for this task if you have: - A University degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, Human Resources or equivalent field - 3 to 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, marketing, or a related field - Good project management skills - Strong communication, mentoring skills - Experience with digital marketing and SEO strategy development - International and multicultural mindset - Fluency in English, written and spoken Please send us your CV in English.
