We are looking for a Tech Consultant with a strong background in Cybersecurity & Testing, focused on supporting internal teams and capable of taking ownership from day one. This role requires a technically mature profile with the ability to independently handle complex tasks, propose solutions with direct and immediate impact, and act as a technical enabler for engineering, operations, and data teams. Key Responsibilities - Support internal teams with complex technical tasks related to cybersecurity testing services. - Define, document, and validate technical integration requirements. - Analyze technical data and security reports, extracting actionable insights. - Actively contribute to the execution and continuous improvement of service delivery models. - Support the standardization of internal processes across operations and testing streams. - Collaborate closely with DevOps, Data & Analytics teams in the management and support of testing services. - Aggregate and translate cybersecurity reports into clear, user-friendly data for internal consumption. - Support the integration and operational use of third-party technologies. Mandatory Requirements - Strong experience in cybersecurity consultancy or cybersecurity testing services development. - Proven ability to work autonomously in technically demanding environments. - Deep understanding of cybersecurity environments and operational challenges. - Solid hands-on experience with cybersecurity testing services, specifically: - SAST – strong knowledge of code vulnerabilities - Vulnerability Identification & Automated Pentesting - Offensive security / hacking techniques - Cyber Risk Rating – ability to analyze and interpret complex cybersecurity risk data - Ability to provide specialized technical support for complex cybersecurity services. - Strong analytical and data reporting skills. - Experience in process management for digital and technological services. - Knowledge of DevOps practices applied to testing services. - Expert-level technical and cybersecurity vocabulary. Nice to Have - Experience supporting internal engineering or security teams, rather than primarily customer-facing roles. - Technical background allowing the candidate to act as a reference point within the team. - Experience in fast-paced, high-complexity technical environments.
