We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with a strong technical Backend background to lead engineering teams. The ideal candidate will combine system design expertise, people management experience, and the ability to manage delivery, stakeholders, and teams in a remote/hybrid setup. Please find the details below: Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, REST APIs, SQL, Docker Key Responsibilities & Tech Lead Profile: 5+ years of backend development experience with Java and strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot Previous experience managing teams working on large-scale distributed systems Strong technical skills, able to: Pass system design interviews at Amazon/Google-level rigor. Guide the team technically. Navigate complex distributed systems. Solid people management experience, including: Performance management Career development Managing expectations in a remote/hybrid setup Required Skills: 1.Project & Program Management: Planning and sequencing Managing dependencies Risk assessment (on-track/at-risk) 2.Stakeholder Management: andling business directors Resolving conflicts and aligning strategic objectives Nice to Have: Experience balancing hands-on technical involvement with people leadership Familiarity with agile delivery at scale Experience in environments with high ambiguity and evolving priorities • Duration: Long Term Contract • Working model will be hybrid with at least 1 day at the office
