Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Responsibilities: * Lead the technical delivery of e-commerce solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with business needs; * Provide technical guidance to development teams, supporting architecture decisions and resolving technical challenges; * Work closely with Product, Business, and Technology stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions; * Identify technical risks and dependencies, supporting delivery planning and promoting good engineering practices. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; * 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Tech Lead, preferably in e-commerce environments; * Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / SFRA); * Experience with React and/or headless e-commerce will be highly valued; * Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and end-to-end software delivery; * Experience coordinating development teams and driving technical decisions; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Organizational and communication skills.
