We are looking for an Amazing: Tech Lead Salesforce Seniority: Senior-level (8+ years) Type of position:  Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have: - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field; - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development; - Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Integrations; - Experience designing, developing, implementing, and unit testing Salesforce solutions; - Ability to create and maintain functional and technical documentation; - Experience performing defect analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixing; - Solid knowledge of Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD pipelines; - Experience using JavaScript and HTML for customization, template development, and troubleshooting; - Experience defining, reviewing, and executing test cases; - Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate development teams; - English level B2 or higher (spoken and written); - Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon. To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus): - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II; - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA); - Experience working in international and multicultural environments; - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; - Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
