Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring best practices and solution quality; * Define architecture and support technical decision-making on complex challenges; * Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions; * Coordinate development in an agile environment, managing tasks and providing hands-on support when needed. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science or a related field; * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead; * Proficiency in Salesforce-related languages and frameworks; * Experience with back-end and front-end development on the Salesforce platform; * Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Knowledge of REST API integrations, Salesforce security models, and platform architecture; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Organizational and communication skills; * Knowledge of English.
