Responsibilities: Lead deep-dive discovery and create frameworks focused on stability and resilience. Provide technical leadership for PoC development and implementation plans. Collaborate with stakeholders across Infrastructure, Observability, Strategy & Governance, Service Operations & Support, and Delivery & Change Management. Advise on best practices to improve IT stability and resilience. Mentor and coordinate the activities of junior team members. Lead client-facing initiatives autonomously. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills. Availability to travel and work in the Canadian timezone. Strong team player with autonomous leadership skills. Experience coordinating and mentoring technical teams. Versatile knowledge in architecture, software engineering, and IT products. Fast learner and adaptable to new technical environments. Hands-on experience in technical solution delivery, with the ability to implement as well as design architecture Nice-to-have Qualifications: Degree in Software Engineering. Experience with Oracle stack. Willing to travel to Canada for two-week assignments every two months.
