Join Our Madrid Team! Transform Your Career with Us! Are you passionate about customer service and bilingual in Portuguese? Do you have advanced Portuguese, English, and Spanish skills and want to work for a prestigious high-end automotive company? We’re looking for Technical Support and Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Madrid! What You’ll Do: • Provide top-notch customer service in Portuguese, English, and Spanish via phone and email to clients of a renowned luxury car brand. What We Offer: • On-the-job training included in your contract. Start date: ASAP • Competitive salary according to the teleoperator category, plus a language bonus (€22,500 gross per year). • Full-time contract (39 hours) with a schedule from 10 am to 7 pm. • Monday to Friday schedule - enjoy your weekends off! • Hybrid modality: On-site for 3 days (at the client’s offices in Madrid) and work from home for 2 days per week. What We Need: • Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese. • Advanced skills in English and Spanish. • Experience in technical support, preferably within the technology sector due to the specific terminology used (automotive experience is not required). • Experience with social media is a plus. • Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.
