Descrição da Função

Profile: - Proven experience leading engineering teams developing large-scale enterprise SaaS applications; - Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and security best practices; - Hands-on expertise in Cloud infrastructure, Backend development, Data engineering, and Frontend engineering; - Experience with container orchestration (ECS, EKS, GKE, AKS); - Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and integration workflows; - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences; - Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and build a collaborative, high-performing culture. Responsibilities: - Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex enterprise SaaS applications; - Drive the adoption of modern DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices; - Facilitate cross-team collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers; - Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and secure software solutions; - Oversee code reviews, architecture documentation, and technical decision-making; - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues; - Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and developing the team’s technical capabilities.
