What you'll be doing at Webhelp As an English-Speaking Technical Support Advisor, you will: * Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns * Demonstrate strong conversational skills and ability to have non-scripted conversations with a range of customer bases: private, commercial customers, electricians, and field service partners. * Assist customers by identifying and analyzing their needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction * Ensure the content of communication meets the needs of the target audience We'll be a great match if you: * Have a high level of English (oral and written) * Have a technical understanding and understanding of electromobility products and services * Have administrative skills and basic knowledge of electrical engineering * Are Certified TÜV training is a plus * Have previous experience and interest in electromobility * For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
