MANPOWERGROUP, world leader in Human Resources services and specialist in Contact Center Management is recruiting Customer Support Assistants, fluent in English. The Customer Support Consultant is the agent responsible for handling all incoming customer requests by phone, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to our customers. Main responsibilities: - Handle all telephone calls in line with service standards and procedures; - Assist customers with specialist support and after sales services; - Provide relevant information to customers in order to improve customer service and loyalty; What we are looking for: - Fluent in English; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package; - Ability to organize and prioritize; - Ability to work flexibly to business needs and under pressure; - Ability to think outside the box and be open to new challenges; - Schedule flexibility. - Appropriate working environment and conditions at home (space with privacy to work 8h day without noise); - Fiber internet service (mandatory); What we offer: - Multicultural environment; - Career progression possibility; - Dynamic team.
