We often take it for granted – a simple left-click opens the file we need, launches the app we want, or connects us to the digital world. But behind every seamless interaction lies a complex system built and maintained by experts. And when things go wrong, that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist users via phone, chat, and email, providing accurate and effective support with their technical issues. You’ll be helping our partners get the most out of their tools, resolving problems and ensuring satisfaction every step of the way. What you’ll be doing: -Providing first-line technical support to customers -Troubleshooting issues related to systems, applications, and configurations -Guiding users in the optimal use of available tools -Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction What you need to bring: -Fluent Portuguese (C2) and English (C1/C2) -1–2 years of professional technical experience, ideally in IT security or systems administration -1–2 years of experience in technical support, preferably within IT teams -Strong skills in technical analysis and problem solving -Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, and/or Azure Active Directory Administration (highly valued) Work conditions: -Based in Parque das Nações, Lisbon -Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 22:00 -8-hour shifts per day If you're someone who enjoys going beyond the surface to find the root of a problem — and fixing it — this role is for you.
