Are you the friend who’s always willing to help the rest of the group when someone has a tech issue? You’re exactly the person they run to whenever something happens to their phones or computers. Well, what if I told you that there’s a whole group of people who are needing you as well besides your friends? Well, our client is a medical company that decided to develop a device to help diabetic people, and they need someone to support customers! But what are exactly the main functions of this position? Well, you will be responsible for: Help customers with some questions or doubts regarding the device; Taking questions about technical issues (troubleshooting); Help some health companies who are interested in the device; Collect updated documentation to proceed with the product shipment. And now you ask: “oh but what are the main requests?” All you need to have is: Experience with troubleshooting or technical support (mandatory); English level C1/C2 (mandatory); Experience in customer support (preferable but now eliminatory); Availability to work 8 hours per day, from Monday to Sunday. The schedule? You choose the work-window that you prefer! You prefer to work between 7am to 1am? We got you! Oh but you’d rather do a night shift?
