Descrição da Função

Role: Produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products Profile: • Academical Degree in Computer Science or similar; • 2+ years' experience as a Technical Writer in a SAAS company; • Excellent written and spoken skills in English; • Ability to plan, create and maintain high-quality customer-facing and internal documentation (user guides, technical documents, release notes, etc.); • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures; • Be able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers and QA testers to deliver clear, concise and useful documentation; • Manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment; • Edit, clarify, and proofread content produced by non-writers, and mentor to improve their writing skills; • An analytical mind, research, and exploration skills; • Outstanding attention to quality and detail; • Strong communication skills; • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
