Descrição da Função

COMPANY We are recruiting a position of Purchasing Administrative Analyst for a global company in the automotive industry located in Palmela. JOB DESCRIPTION Your main responsabilities are: Supplier & Customer Master Data Management in SAP, including creation, update and extension of suppliers and customers; Price Maintenance in SAP, including sales price update, replication to purchasing prices, supplier open order creation and update; Credit Note & Debit Note calculation for suppliers and customers, including collection and follow-up with accounting and controlling departments; Blocked Invoices Management in SAP; Leasing & Real Estate Price Management; Supplier Onboarding and Data compliance check in SAP Ariba Compliance Check of Purchasing Processes; Support Self-Billing contract creation with Suppliers; Material Master Data Management (Create, Update and Maintenance). KEY SKILLS   Proven experience in similiar positions, Bachelor degree would be a plus; At least 3-5 years of proven experience; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP and Ariba ERP Systems; Fluent in English and Spanish (higher level his mandatory).
