Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Remote We are recruiting for the IT Service Desk role, for replacement on sick leave. Benefits: * Employment Contract with Kelly Services (sick replacement); * Basic salary + Food allowance + Transport allowance; * ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Integration into a reference company in the market. Working hours: 24/7 rotating shifts; Regime: Remote. What tasks does this role involve? * IT user support via telephone, mail and web channels; * Resolution of incidents and user requests; * Collaboration on problems and changes; * Use of ITSM tools for recording, prioritizing, resolving and escalating tickets after ITIL processes. What qualifications should you have? * Professional experience in similar functions; * Analysis capacity; * Knowledge of ITSM tools, Active Directory; * ITIL knowledge and certifications; * Professional Training or intermediate degree in Systems Administration; * Technical certifications in microinformatics; * Fluency in English and Spanish.
