Position: Tourism technician for Silon Aviación S.L., based at Oporto. Full time and in person job. About you Academic background in Tourism area (minimum Bachelor’s degree) Fluency in English, Portuguese. Other languages will be a plus Proficiency in MS Office Minimum 2 years of experience Domain of GDS (Sabre/Amadeus) Ticket issuance, reissues and refund process Highly customer oriented. Experience in customer-facing or call center environment, preferably in aviation industry Good interpersonal relationship, team player, ability of adaptation and to work under pressure and stress. Dynamism, Proactive Attitude and Work Ability Responsibility and Guidance to always achieve the best results Residence in Oporto area or surrounding areas Experience aviation: 3 - 5 years
