Descrição da Função

A client in the banking sector is recruiting a Telephone Banking Manager for its offices in the centre of Lisbon. General job description: Attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers Selling products suited to customer needs and ensuring close customer service, as well as answering questions and resolving incidents Promote the use of digital channels in order to detect business opportunities Main activities: Promoting contacts with Customers, ensuring compliance with defined service levels Using the available commercial capacity on a daily basis, prioritising the commitments and commercial opportunities (Leads) available in the activity plan, Ensuring that the results of commercial contacts are recorded on a daily basis Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients by providing remote support in the process of contracting banking products Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements defined for the role Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm/17.30pm Face-to-face Profile: Academic qualifications in economics, management, accountancy or equivalent. Oral and written communication skills Ability to argue and negotiate Relational skills, service culture and constructive attitude Proactivity and results-orientated Critical thinking, initiative, flexibility and solutions orientation Motivation for teamwork Easy to use digital tools Commitment to excellence in customer service Sense of responsibility, organisation and autonomy Experience in remote sales (preferred) Knowledge of financial products (preferred) Knowledge of English and Spanish (preferred) Conditions: Level 8 of the Collective Labour Agreement + Exemption from working hours = Effective monthly salary €1,592.14, i.e. Gross annual salary of €22,289.93 plus food allowance of €11.60/day 1-year fixed-term contract Direct employment contract with the client Preferential conditions for employees, namely housing loans of up to €250,000 at 65% of Euribor.
