What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: - At least 6 years of experience as Software Quality Assurance, with a strong emphasis on manual testing; - Proven expertise in designing, planning, executing, and documenting manual tests, including exploratory, risk-based, and usability testing techniques; - Proficiency with defect management and tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps; - Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC); - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B1+) and French (B2+); - Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Project Managers, Development Teams); - Experience in developing comprehensive test strategies, identifying software quality risks, performing root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvements in manual testing processes; - Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued; - Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
