Descrição da Função

Profile: - Strong, self-driven Senior Performance Test Manager with proven experience in leading performance testing initiatives; - Significant experience in performance testing leadership, including strategy development, reporting, and framework implementation; - Solid experience in mobile application front-end performance testing; - Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter and K6; - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment; - Excellent English communication skills (mandatory). Responsibilities: - Define and implement performance testing strategies and frameworks for complex applications; - Lead performance testing efforts, including planning, execution, and reporting of results; - Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations; - Ensure mobile application performance meets business and user expectations; - Mentor and guide team members in best practices for performance testing; - Monitor industry trends and incorporate new tools and approaches to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
