Adecco Recruitment is hiring a Transformation Manager (M/F) to join the Transformation team of an Insurance Broker in Lisbon. Scope of the work and responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, main functions will be - Lead the transformation and modernization of the different group companies through cross-company change projects; - Support in the definition and execution of different strategic initiatives within the group - Identify areas of improvement and propose optimization initiatives, with special focus on technology and operations; - Support in the implementation of the strategic initiatives already identified. - Support in the integration of the acquired companies; - Participate in the elaboration of documents to different committees and report progress to all stakeholders. The geographical scope of the work will be Spain and Portugal, given the geographical scope of the Group, but the main focus will be the Portuguese operation and the job will be based in Lisbon. Applicant profile - Graduated in Economics, Engineering or similar; - 3-6 years of experience in consulting and/or the insurance/financial sector; - Experience in managing and executing cross-company projects; - Analytical skills, organization, autonomy and ability to communicate/report at different levels; - Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish is a plus; - Advanced user skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
