At the moment we are looking for the following candidate: Transformation & Projects Officer - Hybrid (3x Porto) Experience Required: • Proven experience in project management and/or transformation roles within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. • Track record of managing full project lifecycles — from business analysis and planning through delivery and handover. • Experience working in transversal or cross-functional teams, ideally within financial services or capital markets. • Comfortable operating autonomously and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Goals and deliverables • Plan, direct, and coordinate complex projects from initiation through testing to production launch. • Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on all project-related activities. • Lead project teams in defining business requirements and translating them into operational plans, in collaboration with IT. • Monitor and review project economics: costs, budgets, staffing, resources, and risks. • Frame initiatives and build project trackers to ensure smooth deployment. • Animate workshops with operational teams, consolidate and formalize outcomes. • Contribute to EMS communication deliverables: newsletters, key meeting briefings, and internal updates. • Prepare presentations for recurring project and portfolio coordination meetings. • Develop reporting, KPIs, and trackers to monitor project and portfolio progress.
