Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Remote from Portugal We are recruiting a Translation Agent (f/m/d) for the French market to join our client's operation in Portugal. Our client is a consulting company that offers management solutions, information technologies, and outsourcing to its clients. It is headquartered in Ireland with branches worldwide! Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, from 09 am to 06 pm from Monday to Friday. Note: 100% remote work. Responsibilities: * Review text submitted in French and English and complete the language translation to meet the quality parameters share by the client; * Thoroughly check content with quality and accuracy; * Escalating questions/issues regarding the process to the quality analyst or team lead; * Your primary interaction is within your own team: Quality and your direct supervisor. Qualifications: * Good Written and verbal communication in English (C1 and above) and French (minimum C1); * Good Process-orientation; * Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments, and the process of working through the details of a problem to find a solution; * Ability to verbally engage with internal stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning, share understanding, or promote action; * Demonstrate passion for delivering a positive customer experience, and maintain composure in difficult situations; * Availability to work overtime if necessary.
