Descrição da Função

Profile: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; - At least 3 years of experience with UiPath development and orchestration; - Strong knowledge of the .NET framework and low-code solutions; - Solid understanding of RPA governance, including environment management, licensing, monitoring, and access policies; - Experience with other technologies such as SQL, Python, and Generative AI; - Familiarity with Intelligent Automation platforms and ecosystem tools; - Previous experience in financial process automation is a strong plus; - Fluency in English is mandatory. Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation and AI solutions; - Provide hands-on technical guidance to RPA teams and act as a subject-matter expert in UiPath and automation technologies; - Ensure all solutions follow governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance standards; - Promote consistent documentation, QA practices, and environment management policies; - Work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and external partners to define requirements and co-create value-driven automation solutions; - Mentor and guide RPA developers, fostering knowledge sharing, skill development, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement; - Oversee the performance and reliability of deployed automations; - Collect feedback, monitor KPIs, and drive iterative enhancements.
