What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: - 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong focus on both UX and UI; - End-to-end Product Ownership: Ability to drive the full product design lifecycle, from initial user research and problem identification (UX) to high-fidelity mock-ups, prototyping, and final UI specifications; - Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Proven critical analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to translate complex user needs into intuitive and effective design solutions; - Tool Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, and experience with other relevant tools like Adobe Suite or Sketch; - Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with and experience working within Agile development environments; - Domain Expertise: Preferred background in software houses or technology consultancies, with experience in designing complex desktop software solutions (e.g., for industrial contexts). - Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in advanced English, with a proactive approach to collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary development teams. - Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued; - Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
