Equação IT is a company focused on boosting technology and solid solutions through our expert consultants leading a high perspective and adding value to our customers with the purpose of providing optimization and business growth to our partners. We are looking for a UX Writer with the following requirements: • Minimum of 4 years as UX Writing; • Guide best practices for UX Writing in collaboration with the UX team; • Collaborate with multiple teams, across multiple projects to distill insights and requirements into simple and intuitive interfaces; • Ensure content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance; • Evaluate the usability of new and existing products, bring user research in when needed, and provide constructive feedback; • Develop clear, consistent nomenclature for tools and applications; • Create a foundation for growing UX writing as a standard, developing effective guidelines and best practices; • Ability to manage multiple projects at once; Skills • Degree in Communication, Law, Journalism, Psychology, UX, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related; • At least 3-5 years of experience working as UX Writer; • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered copy and content solutions; • Good written and spoken English; • Duration: Contract for 12 Months (possibility of extension). • Localization: Hybrid, Lisbon. • Immediate availability.
