This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the venture capital industry, working closely with seasoned professionals and startup founders. As an intern, you will be involved in various aspects of the investment process and contribute to the fund's mission of identifying and supporting innovative startups. Responsabilities: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, sectors, and potential investment opportunities. Assist in due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, market sizing, and competitive benchmarking. Prepare investment memos, presentation materials, and other documentation for internal review and discussion. Attend meetings with startup founders, industry experts, and investment partners to gain insights into the venture capital ecosystem. Support portfolio companies through data analysis, research, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed. Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand professional connections and knowledge. Contribute to internal projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the fund's operations and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and conduct market research. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial modeling tools is a plus. Previous experience or coursework in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or related fields is desirable but not required.
