Perfil

  • Your role:
  • As part of the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) organization, structured into three pillars – Operations, Global Process Ownership, and Strategy & Performance Management – you will play a key role in shaping the future of GBS. As a Warranty Guidelines & Conditions Administrator, you’ll help identify improvements, drive compliance, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a dynamic,
  • international environment.

  • What you will do
  • Dealing with warranty guidelines and conditions
  • Understanding of workshop conditions (warranty), labour rates, handling surcharge
  • Calculating and determination of warranty conditions (based on direct interfaces with markets)
  • Assess all inputs critically, safeguarding compliance and preventing fraud
  • Support of setup of new markets / partners with data maintenance
  • Develop decision foundation for clarification purposes with markets
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing data protection practices (Managing key stakeholders)

Competências

  • Qualifications
  • ● Completed studies with business background or commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • ● Ideally experience in the automotive sector or after-sales experience
  • ● MS Office with Excel skills, Basic understanding of modern database systems (SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • ● Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues.
  • ● Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • ● Basic understanding of legal environment and foundation (GDPR, competition law, block exemption regulation)
  • ● Independent, structured and cooperative way of working, interest in intercultural collaboration
  • ● 3-5 years work experience expected
