Perfil
- Your role:
- As part of the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) organization, structured into three pillars – Operations, Global Process Ownership, and Strategy & Performance Management – you will play a key role in shaping the future of GBS. As a Warranty Guidelines & Conditions Administrator, you’ll help identify improvements, drive compliance, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a dynamic,
- international environment.

- What you will do
- Dealing with warranty guidelines and conditions
- Understanding of workshop conditions (warranty), labour rates, handling surcharge
- Calculating and determination of warranty conditions (based on direct interfaces with markets)
- Assess all inputs critically, safeguarding compliance and preventing fraud
- Support of setup of new markets / partners with data maintenance
- Develop decision foundation for clarification purposes with markets
- Responsible for managing and overseeing data protection practices (Managing key stakeholders)
Competências
- Qualifications
- ● Completed studies with business background or commercial training or a comparable qualification
- ● Ideally experience in the automotive sector or after-sales experience
- ● MS Office with Excel skills, Basic understanding of modern database systems (SAP Analytics Cloud)
- ● Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues.
- ● Knowledge of German is a plus.
- ● Basic understanding of legal environment and foundation (GDPR, competition law, block exemption regulation)
- ● Independent, structured and cooperative way of working, interest in intercultural collaboration
- ● 3-5 years work experience expected
