PeopleConquest – Human Resources is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join international river cruise teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all kitchen operations onboard Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team Plan menus and ensure high-quality food presentation Maintain strict standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role Strong knowledge of international cuisine Excellent leadership and organizational skills Good level of English Availability to work onboard (rotation schedule) We Offer: International contract Competitive salary : €3500 – €4500 net per month.
