PeopleConquest – Human Resources is looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join international river cruise teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations Supervise food preparation and presentation Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety Assist in managing the kitchen team and stock control Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role Strong leadership and teamwork skills Good level of English Availability to work onboard. We Offer: International contract Competitive salary :€2000 – €3030 net per month.
