After that magic tool box, many helpful tools were invented. We can talk face to face with people that are not near us, we can write full documents without spending hours moving a pen and we can even translate text from ANY language that exists. Our client did exactly that and its tools became exactly the number one platform to help people's lives and businesses. And they're looking for someone like you to make sure that web applications, software, or digital products are successfully integrated and functional for end-users. Your job will be to support advertisers via chat, email, phone and video conference and to guide the customers on how to use the products. You only need to have native Spanish level and be fluent in English (C1/C2). The workplace is located in Parque das Nações, in Lisbon, and you will work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
