Descrição da Função

Profile: - Experience with endpoint management using SCCM and Microsoft Intune; - Experience managing Windows imaging and endpoint deployment processes; - Experience with VMware / Omnissa virtual desktop infrastructure environments; - Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments in hybrid cloud/on-premises setups; - Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange administration; - Experience with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive administration; - Knowledge of Windows OS upgrades, patch management, and software deployment; - Hands-on experience with virtual desktop base images, pool management, and performance monitoring; - Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills; - Proactive and hands-on mindset; - Working proficiency in Portuguese and English. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain standardized Windows base images deployable through SCCM and Intune; - Implement and validate automated Windows OS upgrade processes; - Ensure endpoint security patch compliance across corporate devices; - Create and deploy software installation and update packages; - Maintain software inventory, licensing, and configuration compliance; - Configure and manage VMware / Omnissa virtual desktop environments; - Monitor infrastructure performance and optimize virtual desktop pools; - Maintain and update virtual desktop base images and support end users; - Install, configure, and manage Active Directory and Exchange in hybrid environments; - Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and OneDrive; - Manage identity and messaging infrastructure across AD and Exchange.
