Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 3 years of experience in a Workplace Engineer or similar role; - Experience implementing and managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments; - Strong knowledge of Windows Update and Windows Autopilot; - Advanced experience with Microsoft Intune; - Advanced PowerShell scripting skills; - Experience with Software Packaging and application deployment; - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD); - Experience administering Active Directory; - Knowledge of Azure AD Connect; - Experience managing Group Policy Objects (GPO); - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange and Office; - Experience supporting macOS environments; - Experience with JAMF is considered a plus; - Fluent in English. Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments; - Implement and manage Windows Autopilot and Windows Update solutions; - Configure and administer devices through Microsoft Intune; - Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell; - Create, package and deploy software applications; - Manage identities and access through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD); - Administer and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD Connect environments; - Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO); - Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services; Manage Windows and macOS endpoints; - Ensure the security, compliance and performance of the workplace environment; - Collaborate with technical teams to implement improvements and resolve technical issues.
