Job Title: Abap&Fiori Developer - Lead Location: Lisbon/Braga/Coimbra, Portugal Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (1x office per week) Overview / Summary: We are looking for a Abap&Fiori Developer - Lead to join our team! Responsibilities and Tasks: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions using ABAP and SAP Fiori frameworks; Ensure adherence to Clean Core principles, maintaining extensibility and upgrade compatibility across SAP systems; Develop and maintain custom applications leveraging SAP BTP, SAP Build Apps, and SAP Build Code; Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define requirements, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables; Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in development standards.

Perfil

• Proven hands-on experience in core ABAP development and Fiori application design;
• Strong knowledge of Clean Core concepts and best practices for cloud-ready SAP extensions;
• Experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including SAP Build Apps and SAP Build Code;
• Proficiency with Eclipse or other modern ABAP development environments;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
