Adecco Recruitment is looking for an Accounting (M/F) to work in a dynamic and innovative real estate developer and asset manager. Main Tasks Document Management, Accounting Entries, and reconciliations - Classification and recording of documents and financial transactions; - Reconcile supplier/customer accounts; - Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies; -  Prepare payment schedules and details; - Intercompany balances reconciliations; - Assist in preparation of tax forms; - Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports. Financial controlling - Assist in variance analysis and financial performance evaluation; - Conduct financial analyses to support business planning; - Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and operations. Audit Support - Collaborate with group and statutory external auditors; - Provide the necessary documentation during the audits. Administrative Support - Engaging in various administrative tasks as needed. Requirements - Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or similar; - 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm; - Strong analytical and communication skills; - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with Primavera accounting software is a plus); - Good command of English (mandatory); - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data; - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under tight deadlines; - Proactive, organized and adaptable with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
