Our client owns one of the biggest social networks and needs someone to help the companies that want to sustain and expand their businesses. That's where you come in! You will provide support to our client’s advertisers, via chat, email and phone, in matters related to technical issues, business tools, pre and post-sales, troubleshooting ads, payments and content monetization. You only need to: Have native Polish level Be fluent in English (C1/C2) Have great communication skills Be available to work on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 06h00 to 24h00, 8 hours per day in Entrecampos, Lisbon.
