We are looking for a Hotel Front Office (m/f) for a 4 stars Hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Hotel Front-Office – Lisbon City Center Main Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized and welcoming experience; • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in reservation details, payment processing, and room allocation. • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally; • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; • Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions and services, offering recommendations and arranging bookings when necessary; • Balancing the accounts from day shift; • Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments; • Develop and maintain the quality of customer service being delivered • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requirements efficiently. Ideal profile: • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism or other relevant field (preferably, not a requirement) • Proven experience as a recepcionist; • Experience as night auditor (preferable) • Mandatory: English & Portuguese (fluent in written & spoken) • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail. • Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems. • Ability to work under high-pressure situations. • Availability to work shifts between 8AM and 11PM When you send us your CV, you consent to Mypeople using your personal data for recruitment purposes and that they are kept for two years.
