RELOCATION TO GREECE - not possible to work remote from Portugal - you will sign a contract with a Greek employer and work in Athens, in the offices in Athens. Full Relocation Package We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Greek employer. Project: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to Portuguese speaking customers of one of the most well known companies in the world. What you will be doing: Process requests and resolve customer issues; Create a genuine and customer friendly experience throughout calls and effective telephone techniques; Provide assistance in a helpful, accurate and timely manner while complying and staying abreast of policies, best practices and standard operating procedures while maintaining a high level of integrity. Requirements: Fluency in Portuguese (must be C1+) Communicative level of English language (B2+) You live in Athens, Greece or you are ready to relocate to Greece Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What we offer: Base salary: 1100€ gross x 14 months 14 salaries per year (as per Greek law) Monthly Bonus of up to 20% of the base salary (Euro gross per month) Full time (40h/week), fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law) Health package Amazing relocation support for those wanting to relocate to Greece: Paid flight ticket to Athens Airport taxi 2 weeks free hotel stay Assistance with finding an apartment Note: We require EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece In your CV please include your full name, a phone number and your personal e-mail address.
