In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services. We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to work in this project in Lisbon. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a similar position; - Previous experience with IT Systems Administration, such as Windows and Linux Servers; - Knowledge of administration of databases, like: MS SQL Server, Oracle and Postgres; -Experience with system scripting, and languages, such as Python, Powershell, and Perl - Working experience with ITIL, JIRA and SNOW; - Knowledge of Middleware technologies, like: CFT, SFTP, FTaas, and Websphere; - Experience with monotoring tools (Dynatrace); - Fluent in English. Responsibilities: - Provide functional support to users on applications; - Manage functional incidents and problems; - Interact with IT Production, Support Teams and developers; - Change Request, support items and incident follow up in ServiceNow; - Treat requests, change requests and support items for applications; - Design of new application environments; - Installation, administration, documentation, support and troubleshooting of applications; - Technical contact to software vendor, functional application support team, central infrastructure teams and users; - Problem management, Continuity Management, Capacity Management, Asset and Obsolescence Management.
