Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services. We are looking for an Application Support to work in this project in Lisbon. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering; - 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 1+ years of experience in supporting Triple’A and 2+ years of experience as IT Analyst / Business Analyst; - Professional experience of Triple’A functionalities, such as: Valuations, Operations, Performance Analysis, and Order Management; - Knowledge of Linux, Shell, SQL, PL/SQL, and ITIL; - Knowledge of MQ, Tomcat, Jira, and Service Now is a significant plus; - Fluent in English. Responsibilities: - Provide functional support and technical support; -Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap; - Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues; - Contribute to the knowledge articles.
