Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services. We are looking for an Application Support (Olympic) to work in this project in Lisbon. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2+ years of experience in supporting banking products; - AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills; - Knowledge on SQL Queries and Data Analysis; - Previous experience with Olympic and Midas; - Experience with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA; - Fluent in English. Responsibilities: - Provide L2 Application support to end-users; - Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate teams based on established guidelines and procedures; - Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customer’s trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships; - Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap; - Maintain / Enrich knowledge articles.
