This role is not your typical customer service position; it's a sales role that requires prior sales experience and expertise in cold calling. As a B2B Outbound Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell products and solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries. Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Outbound Sales Agent will be: Conduct daily outbound phone calls and emails to connect with decision-makers, establish quick rapport, understand their needs, and close sales. Present our products and solutions, demonstrating their value to businesses, and tailoring your approach to address specific client needs. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage potential customers interested in evaluating our offerings. Lead and manage outbound campaigns from concept to initial pitch, pipeline qualification, and closing deals. Collaborate with the team on projects to enhance and streamline our sales process. Develop and document best practices and sales workflows for interacting with prospects. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Reach out to existing customers to introduce new products or encourage increased spending on current ones. Handle minor technical setup issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams. Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: Proven experience in cold calling and sales. Previous experience in product/service sales, both inbound and outbound. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Native level in Dutch and at least a B2 level of English Eligibility to work in Portugal Available to start on the 24th of January What’s in it for you?
