Sysmatch is an IT Consultancy and Outsourcing Company with a wide range of technological skills, resulting from the accumulation of know-how and the experience of our consultants, allowing the implementation of solutions adapted to the needs of our clients, privileging their robustness and scalability. More than two decades in the IT market, we present ourselves as a flexible, adaptable, innovative and forward-looking Company. At the moment we are looking for the following candidate: Business Analyst (m/f) - Lisbon - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related domains; - IT educational background and related working experience (Bachelor Degree with min 15 years of related working experience and 3 related certifications or Master Degree with min 10 years of related working experience and 3 related certifications); - Knowledge Digital Finance and Asset Tokenization (Crypto Assets, Blockchain Technology); - Knowledge of AI applied to Finance (DLT, crypto-assets, stablecoins); - Knowledge and experience of BPMN; - Knowledge of MiCA would be a asset ; - Knowledge and experience of mock-ups and prototyping design and associated tools; - Strong capacity in writing business analysis, requirements; - Good knowledge of BPMN or UML and process modelling description in general; - Good level of English.
