What are you going to do? - Collaborate and help the development and acceptance teams, providing important high-level information of a requirement, to reach a macro effort figure; - Gather and define functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, use cases, scenarios, and business analysis to identify functional solutions; - Cooperate with all the stakeholders (internal and external) to establish the functional and technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability, performance needs and/or core product strategies; - Raise alerts, detect risks, or identify new (commercial) needs when defining new functional requirements; - Produce and present the necessary functional documentation to the other teams; - Update the product manual; - Provide functional support and help to solve potential issues in the development and test phases of a project, or the support team in production; - Work in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Product Manager and Product Owner. - Participate in the newcomers onboarding process; - Run tests; - Implement test campaigns, assess defects, and substantiate the tests; - Monitor progress of the defect resolution; - Help close the test phase; - Provide the materials needed for drafting the minutes and the test assessment; - Provide useful insights that helps solving development issues; - Capitalize on the changes made to the test repositories for their reuse in future versions; - Homologation Analysts prepare tools and carry out clients’ training with the support of his/her manager; - Homologation Analysts helps L2 Support when needed to provide functional understanding. What are we looking for? - Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or a related field, or substantial practical experience in software - delivery at an advanced level; - At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst; - Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data; - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; - Ability to work independently and with other people in an international context; - Knowledge of functional testing tools; - Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies process improvements and operational decisions; - Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
