Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics or IT Engineering; * Minimum 5 years project management experience; * Strong experience of business intelligence area; * Experience in carrying out and monitoring data projects; * Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Microstrategy and/or other data tools; * PMP Certification (valued); * High communication and problem-solving skills; * High organizational skills; * High leadership skills and ability to influence decisions; * High critical thinking skills; * Results-orientated and customer-focused; * Strong interpersonal, communication and interaction skills with different stakeholders; * Fluent in English.
