Descrição da Função

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Business Process Consultant (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have: Hard Skills: • Minimum of 5 years of experience • Experience in identifying, modeling and optimizing business processes; • Experience in public administration processes, preferably knowledge of the Functional Macrostructure/consolidated List; • Experience with automation/dematerialization of processes/document management tools; • Solid knowledge in process modeling techniques with BPMN 2.0; • Experience in user training and in the elaboration of materials; • Knowledge of core Information Security and Risk standards related to IT Risk, Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (equivalent to ISO 27000) • Good communication skills with clients, autonomous in the preparation of work and management meetings; • Ability to analyze data and interpret results to identify opportunities for improvement.
