Job Title: Cisco CUCM Engineer Location: Toulouse, France (On-site) Duration: 6 months (ASAP start) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Cisco CUCM Engineer to join our team on-site in Toulouse, France for a 6-month engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating multiple Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) clusters from versions 11.x and 12.x to version 15.x. This is a critical project that requires advanced expertise in Cisco voice technologies, specifically within the CUCM environment. Key Responsibilities:  Plan, design, and execute migrations of CUCM clusters from version 11.x and 12.x to version 15.x.  Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for CUCM-related issues.  Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth migration with minimal downtime.  Ensure compliance with best practices for security, reliability, and scalability during the migration process.  Provide detailed documentation of migration procedures and any changes made to the environment.  Participate in post-migration support and optimization efforts. Required Qualifications:  Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Voice or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Voice certification.  Proven experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) clusters, particularly in version upgrades and migrations.  Strong understanding of Cisco voice technologies, including VoIP, SIP, and H.323.  Hands-on experience in CUCM 11.x, 12.x, and preferably with the migration process to version 15.x.  Familiarity with Cisco collaboration tools (e.g., Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM and Presence, Cisco Jabber, RTMT etc.).  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:  Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex voice infrastructure.  Previous experience with similar migrations across multiple CUCM clusters.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads in a dynamic environment. Contract Details:  Location: On-site in Toulouse, France.  Duration: 6 months.  Start Date: ASAP.
